TMS- tehametylailane (Messi) Me e-si-me (Peak at Zem) ppm Me chlonfom CDu gives peak at 7,3 ppm TMS is lehrametylsitane (Mes)NMR is a technique to determine the structural conformation of organic molecules .

It has NMR tube in which sample is Filled , then amount of sample is set up and Solvent CDCl3 is used at 300MHz instrument gives better NMR data .
