Answer

Taking higher amount of  Vanadium is POSSIBLY UNSAFE because it my cause discomfort like    stomach discomfort, diarrhea, nausea, and gas. Apart from this, it can cause some severe causes such as  greenish tongue, problems with the nervous system, kidney damage and loss of energy.

Due to the side effect should not prefer use of vanadium during pregnancy. Especially women with higher urine lever make more risk of their amniotic sac breaking before the labor.

During breast feeding period the use of vanadium is highly risky so avoiding this is highly recommend. The higher dose of supplement always put in risk.

Children using higher amount of vanadium is not at all recommended. For a safety should be prevent the supplement of over dose..

The history proven that vanadium might harm the kidneys. If you have kidney disease, don't use vanadium supplements in a high amount at all.
