In the most of occasions the human behaviour is influenced by both their personality and the circumstances, and other factors such as their current feelings, thoughts, and goals. Thus their political opinions often do gradually change to a large extent across the lifetime. However such changes tend to unfold across years or decades, instead of the days or weeks. The sudden dramatic changes in human's political opinion are rare. Yes, these should change because circumstances usually end up with different outcomes. Americans’ political opinions are an important factor in their views about concerns such as energy policy and climate change
