Since the magnitude of all the charges is same and the distance of all the charges are same from the center.
Therefore the magnitude of the force at the center will be same due to all the charges.
Now charge at 1 and 3 will cancel each other force due to opposite direction.
Charge at 1 will have force in the direction of arrow D and charge 3 will have in the direction of arrow C.
Therefore they will cancel each other.
Now due to the charge at 2 force will be in the direction of arrow B since both are positive and it will repel each other.
hence the net force will be in the direction of arrow B.
Hence the correct option is B.
