Donabedian model is a conceptual model that provides framework for examining health services and it's quality . It has three phases :-
- structure means inputs like patients , trainings , equipments etc
- process means steps like treatment, nursing , coordination etc
- outcome means outputs like clinical outcomes , satisfaction etc
