Series equivalent

eq-C1 + C2

In series, the charge on each capacitor is same as total charge that flows.

C1C2 eq

rac{1}{C_1}+rac{1}{C_2}=rac{V}{Q}

Putting the values you get

Ca= 10.7 × 10-6 F
