b) A growth stock is the one which is not paying any dividend as it is ploughing back all the earnings for growth prospects. So that is Stock Y

c) An aggressive investor would take a lot of risk so he may buy stock Y because there he expects very high growth in the future however presently there are no dividends being paid out and the stock has a very high P/E ratio which might be because the company is doing very well

d) Value stocks are good for safety and earnings, and that is stock X because its earnings are stable and it is paying out a lot of dividend so it has less growth opportunities
