The director of the office wants to buy a relational database program to help keep track of current and potential donors. You must review several database sofware programs (Microsoft Acces, Filemaker Pro, Marklogic) and give your recommendations to the director. Compare three different database software programs, choose which program best suits the hospital's needs.

A good software is always needed in health care sector especially when it comes yo store data.Relational database is a software to store and manage several transaction.

Microsoft access is a database management system. It aides in storing data,referring ,reporting and analysing. It can sore large amount of data.It is a combined form of Relational Microsoft Jet database with Graphical user interface. A front end and back end program is possible, It can update,delete and query interface data.It has multiuser and record locking system. Multiple users can share their views without interchanging others views.Advanced users can UAE VBA for advanced data manipulation. It has access from all source.Format can be changed.It has a free runtime version.Access can be done without necessity to reorganise.Has a better security system if using username and password.

Film maker us also a software but here users can modify database and security is questionable

Marklogic software has a acid consistency fie transaction, but having common criteria certification security mode.It has a high availability and disaster management. But it has been once implemented for US Medicaid and Medicare program and didn't provide a good output making this also questionable to get.

Therefore Microsoft access can be bought for a better management in the health care sector for good tracking system.
