Sign and symptoms indicates he is having meningittis.any infection such as bacterial,viral or fungal in the meningus causing this condition.

The organisms enter into the upper respiratory tract then it tranferred into blood stream.during circulation this pathogen enter into the nervous system especially subarachnoid space of brain which will lead to this condition.

Csf should check for low sugar and high protein leve which is the major symptoms of this condition.the main complication of this condition are mental retardation,body paralysis,vision loss,hearing loss,seizures etc.

Treatment modalities includes antibiotic,anti epileptics,raise head end to 30 to 45 degree to decrease icp,droplet precautions.
