APEC and TPP seeks to integrate Asia Pacific economies and majorly targeted for an economic cooperation between USA, Russia and China as world leading and fastest groeung economies. As results this creates free trade agreements and hence maintains economic relations and balance which erstwhile was indulged in trade war as we see with US China and US Russia.

This accounts for 60% of Worlds total trade and hence defense cooperation can also be proposed which can be major gamechanger in elimination of terrorism in Middle East and Asia Pacific region and hence create much more stable environment with amplification of trade and contribution to World GDP Growth.

Hence its widely argued that APeC and TPP can migrate world towards free trade.
