Hydrogen attached to multiple bonded carbon have high bond dissociation energy in comparison to hydrogen bonded to single bonded carbon. So, option (B) and (E) are not correct option.

Hydrogen attached to 1° carbon have higher bond energy than 2° carbon and hydrogen attached to 2° carbon have higher bond energy than 3° carbon. Option (c) have 2° carbon and option (d) have 1° carbon. Whereas option option (a) have 3° carbon.

So, option (c) with 3° carbon have lowest bond dissociation energy.
