1.The challenge faced by the Martin Memorial Hospital is the decision made on deportation of a patient Mr.Jimenez to his native after mild cognitive recovery from his severe brain injury and paraplegic from an accident.The other challenge are providing a care to an uninsured immigrant ,repatriating the patient without informing the patient relatives or the guardian.

2.The organization is affected by the challenge because of the dilemma of deporting a patient without proper consent from family members

3.The main implication of this challenge is the providing the best possible care for a patient during their illness and how a uninsured immigrants has to be handled without creating any controversy.

4.The solution and alternatives are the uninsured immigrants after their recovery can be shifted to the facility which accepts patients without insurance usually to their own native countries
