1. The space choose by me for this activity is the garden area backside of my house where I have sitting arrangement also . It's all surrounded by green trees of guava , mango and some small plants .

2. As I am sitting right in-between the garden area , I can listen the birds chirruping , leaves and branches moving in the air , small animals like squirrels etc making noises , and the winds rustling through glasses.

3. In my notice ,peace of mind was continuously present through out the procedure . There was a continuous flow of wind along with the noises including chirruping , animals making noises etc . The pattern was continuous and loud but was not aching to the ears . It was an excellent method to interact with the nature and it's beauty . It helps to relief the stress and tensions of our life .
