Introduction

We are Renovate & Innovate Co Ltd (A renovation and construction co) which have various offices in different parts of the globe. We have undertook the renovation work of various companies including malls, schools, colleges, hospitals etc. We specialise in providing customise renovation as per the needs of the clients and believe in customer satisfaction.

Background

As briefed by your XYZ Co regarding the renovation work to be carried out, we ensure to provide quality service as per your requirement. We have a proven track record of quality service to all our clients in the past. We have catered to many clients in designing their cafeterias, recreation centres, wellness centres, dining rooms etc. Your company has requirement of the lunch room to be renovated and we possess the expertise for the same.

Proposal

In regard to the briefing given by your team to our company for the requirements of the renovation, below is our proposal for the same.

Your lunch room is a 3000 sq ft area room which is both open and closed area space. Hence we would layout the renovation accordingly to the open and closed area. In the open area we would have artificial grasses on the floor with compact tables and chairs of 4 together. There would be separate place for smoking room to avoid chaos. We will keep proper instruments like oven, tea/coffee maker etc to assisst the employees which will be bringing their own food.

In the closed space, we will have vertified tiles on the floor with wooden tables and chairs to give it a cosy look. We would have the same instruments like oven, tea/coffee maker to assisst the employees like in the open area. But the smoking room would be just in the open space and employees could have the smoke in that particular place only.

The lunch room would also have a TV space and some daily newspapers, journals, magazines etc so that the employees will be able to read or watch out of their own taste.

Staffing

We recommend to keep the lunch room a mix of self-service and staffing. In this growing world, people prefer more of self service than the staffing concept. Hence we would keep the staffs for the food counters and the tea/coffee vending machines, some snacks should be displayed on a coupon basis which the employees would self help. Also the throwing of the waste and after food should be thrown at the nearest dustbin which could will be available at every short distances. So we estimate a total of 12 staffs be enough for the entire lunch room.

Budget

We have explained the entire set up of the new lunch room above. For all the facilities enlisted we have estimated a cost of $10000 for the whole set up and the time estimated would be 40-45 days to be completed. We estimate that the whole renovation would be completed in the estimated time and budget.
