How the team will be handled during the project:

While dealing with any tough and important project, it becomes important to handle the project team with care and manage the employees effectively. As a project head, the important tasks need to be kept centralized and rest can be distributed to other team members. Also, while giving assignment to the team members, it becomes important to make the team members aware about the tasks beforehand so that they do not feel overburdened by sudden task allocation. Moreover, the way of informing the team members is also what matters to make the project a success. If the team members will be informed on time and by highlighting the positive points first, then they will feel more motivated to complete the tasks and finish the project.

During the project, I as a project head will try to create a happy and cooperative work culture among team members. Also interaction with team members will be done in a friendly manner without imposing orders on them, but creating a participative environment throughout the project. More the participative environment, more will be the chances of easy and timely completion of the project.
