=   14.969 (We should divide the pounds by mass value by 2.205 to get it in Kg)

= 37.4 mg/ml

= 149.69 mg/37.4 mg/ml

= 4.002 ml (As one ml had 37.4 mg)

Thus the correct choice is; 4.0 ml
