H = 4,817 kJ/mol

Mass of C7H16 = 850 kg x 1000g/kg = 850000 g

Moles of C7H16 = mass/molecular weight

= (850000 g) / (100 g/mol)

= 8500 mol

Heat released = H x moles of C7H16

= 4,817 kJ/mol x 8500 mol

= 40944500 kJ

= 4.09 * 10^7 kJ
