The needs that are identified are to get funds within two months. Have a new plan to get more funds next year. They need more volunteers, more space for storage, and more food donations and the need to deduce cost and be operationally more efficient. The main objective of the project is to raise funds for the operations and the secondary objectives are to get more volunters, more food storage space and more food donations. The assumptions are all the objectives will be achived by the same event, that the details will be figured out as they generally get it done, this time also it will be done \r\n and it will be fun to work on the project. The risk involved is they have just 2 months to sort all the fund raising, and along with that all the other objectives, if it fails they will exhust all the money and will have nothing left to work with.
