Answer #1

Answer: Lactic acid: Sometimes due to exercise or running etc. muscles need more oxygen, if there is not sufficient amount of oxygen then an anaerobic reaction takes place and hence lactic acid its a by-product. This is because as glycogen is the intramuscular storage form of glucose, it is used to provide energy quickly and when the energy exhausted, there is a lack of energy and the oxygen.

Answer: Front from back: It is frontal: As frontal plane divides the body into front and back side.

Left from right: The sagittal plane (longitudinal, anteroposterior) is a plane parallel to the sagittal. It divides the body into left and right.

Top from bottom: Transverse plane, The transverse plane also called the horizontal plane is an imaginary plane that divides the body into top and bottom parts.
