Break even point = Fixed costs/(Revenue per client - Variable cost per client)

= 120,000/(3000-500)

= 48 clients

Annual Profit/Loss = Revenue - Variable costs - Fixed costs

When 40 clients are serviced

Profit = 40*(3000-500) - 120,000

= -$20,000

When 60 clients are served

Profit = 60*2500-120,000

= $30,000
