Answer #1

F2 is non polar because both molecules are same.

The electronegativity order of atom is:

C < N < O < F

So, the electronegativity difference would be maximum in C-F and least in O-F

So, polarity of bond is:

O-F < N-F < C-F

So,

C-F bond in CF4 is most polar.

Answer: D
