They usually help you to avoid unhealthy processed meals which are the main source for fat accumulation. Consuming of fresh fruits , is much helpful as those contains antioxidants and enzymes. Also some of the fruits are very rich in fibres, minerals and vitamins. Consuming of fresh green vegetables gives many minerals and electrolytes naturally and makes Stacy more healthier. As Stacy is 40 years old she need more amounts of calcium and I would recommend to have fresh milk daily with a boiled egg and bananas. Taking less carbohydrates adding fresh fruits and vegetables in replacement helps Stacy to reduce weight loss. Also drinking more amounts if water makes body detoxify and keeps body fresh.
