Answer #1
  • I would suggest Stacy to drink shakes to loose the weight which are helpful only for a short span but not for long term weight loss.

Rationale : Almost all the milk shakes would have more amount of proteins and lesser amount of calories which is actually helpful for weight loss. Also they contains good amount of vitamins , minerals and fibres. They usually help you to avoid unhealthy processed meals which are the main source for fat accumulation. Though these milk shakes will not be a good solution for long term weight loss because there are some ingredients which could not be replaced in artificial milk shakes which are most important for life.

  • Would there be nutrients she would be missing out on this approach - Yes , there are some antioxidants and enzymes that could not be found in the milk shakes. Also the fibre , vitamins and minerals that are added in the shakes are artificial and those are not derived from the whole fruits and vegetables which are natural.
  • Appropriate weight loss regimen for Stacy that I recommend.

I recommend taking high rich of protein food and less carbohydrate diet. Consuming of fresh fruits , is much helpful as those contains antioxidants and enzymes. Also some of the fruits are very rich in fibres, minerals and vitamins. Consuming of fresh green vegetables gives many minerals and electrolytes naturally and makes Stacy more healthier. As Stacy is 40 years old she need more amounts of calcium and I would recommend to have fresh milk daily with a boiled egg and bananas. Taking less carbohydrates adding fresh fruits and vegetables in replacement helps Stacy to reduce weight loss. Also drinking more amounts if water makes body detoxify and keeps body fresh.

  • Tips to identify fad diets and weight loss scams

Below are the things that shows us the product or company is a scam :
