Boston common is a park ie there is no entry fee for the entry in commons(it is an open space). So it would be non-rival and non excludable.

On the other hand the Wang theatre would be excludable as it would require ticket for entry and might be rival or competitive when there are more people in the theatre.

The insurance company would exclude people who would not pay the premium and hence is excludable.

The museum would be non-rival till there is over filling of population in the museum and would be excludable because a ticket would be required .
