two of them contains opposite Mn-CO equatorial bonds and two of them bisects the angle between two Mn-CO equatorial bonds. One plane of the each type is perpendicular to that of same type.

e. The principal rotation is C4, reflection planes containing principal axis are there, i.e, \sigma_v planes. So, point group is: C4v.
