Answer #1

Ans:-op 1) yes this is true excessive fat consumption are more likely to cause obesity as compared to carbohydrates because In group 1 the population used to consume diet low in fat and high in fiber and fibers contains complex carbohydrates that are converted to simple carbohydrates by the bacteria present in the intestine. And as we can see group 1 weight gain was 1.5 gram and weight gain of group 2 was 5.3 gram

5)Person who consume high fat and high carbohydrate diet will have high amount of body fat because carbohydrates are the primary source of our energy and the excessive carbohydrates will get deposited in the body and leads to increase in the body weight while fat that we consume in our diet will only be used when our carbohydrates sources are over and at the end protein is used

7) Same as explained above they leads to increase weight while diet low in fat and high in fiber will lead to less amount of weight gain because if less fat is consumed then it won't get deposited in our body in excessive amount the amount that is stored will be used for normal function of body and the fibers will improve the digestion so weight gain will be less
