Officers salary like ceo's will be treated as an overhead expenses it is not included in product cost ( cost of goods sold)

Overhead expenses covers a broad categories of expenses incurred in daily course of business for example expenses such advertising utilities supplies for office wages which are not attributable to product cost are shown as wages

According to its officers salary should be treated as wage so it will not be included in product cost
