Which solvent system worked the best for separation of compounds A and B? How do you know?

Solvent system 1 worked best because Rf difference of compound A and B is sufficient (0.23). In solvent system 2, separation is not good because Rf difference is only 0.10 and in solvent system 3, compound B move much farther thus Rf value is not recommended.
