Atomic number of nitrogen is 7 and it has 5 electrons in their outer most shell. Thus it is short of three electrons to complete it's octet. Hence each nitrogen atom of N2 molecule shares 3 electrons with each other to form triple bond between them.

Option A tells that nitrogen has triple bond. It is right.
