1.Methods used to reduce anxiety level of pediatric patient.

                 * Play along with children and maintain good communication to reduce stress related

                   to hospitalization.

                 * Maintain a peaceful environment and provide toys and comic books to make the children

                    familiar with the environment.

                  * Allow parents to spend enough time with the chidren who admitted in pediatric ICU.

                  * Use soft voices during communication with children and avoid agressive actions

                     in case of any small mistakes done by the child.

                  * Rewards like sweets,chochlates give to children who coping with procedures and

                     who shows anxiety when taking with health care providers.

                   * Allow the childrens in the ward to communicate each other to change attention and

                      decrease anxiety level.

                    * Provide emotional support in each phase of care of children in the hospital.

4. * Periumbilical pain is a type of pain which occurs around the umbilical area.

* One of the complication of patient who undergo gastric bypass surgery is small bowel obstruction.

    * Small bowel obstruction may due to adhesion of scar tissues of surgery which result in

      periumbilical pain.

   * Intestinal obstruction repair is a surgery used to repair obstruction of bowel.

5. Compression stockings like IPC (Intermittent pneumatic compression),SCD(Sequential

    compression device) used in case of patient who undergo a surgical procedure and post

    operative care of DM patient to prevent thrombophlebitis.

   * This devices cuff around the legs which is filled with air to gently squeeze legs to increase

      blood flow and prevent clot formation.
