Discuss the primary function of the Implementation team and the composition of the team.

Implementation Team:   The implementation team comprises of individuals who works for the organization , providing supportive environment.This team helps in the implementation of best practices by creating new ideas.

For Example : Electronic Health Records Implementation Team.

Actual composition of the team depends on the type of the team.Where as implementation team consists of 14 - 15 members.

EHR Managers ,Team leads ,Nurse leads ,IT leads ,EHR builders , Designing leads, Laboratory and Registry leads,Medical leads, etc according to the type of the implementation team

Primary Functions of Implementation Team :

The primary function of the implementation team is turning all ideas and plans in to actions through proper planning, Designing, building and testing the tools developed.This can be happened only by proper assigning of the tasks to the responsible member of the team.
