Looking at the Beta , you can see that stock is relatively less volatile than market as a whole

Since beta = 0.7 <1, stock will be less volatile than market as a whole

Verticon's control over its costs has increased since 2010.

Note: Increase in Net Profit Margin from 12.24% in 2010 to 15.24% in Q1' Mar 11 indicates that company's control over its cost has increased since 2010  

Overall profitability of the firm has increased since 2010, as reflected by increase in ROE
