Answer: Steve's nutrition related problems are as his diet is consist of high fat and carbohydrates. This is the major reason of his weight gain. He is not getting appropriate nutrients that body requires per day. His intake is junk foods, cola that is a caffeinated beverage which is the major reason of the weight gain. These beverages contains high amount of sugar and hence it increase obesity.

He should adopt healthy lifestyle by eating green vegetables and fruits.Drink plenty of water to himself hydrated. Intake of protein, fibers may help him to feel full for long period of time. He should completely eliminate the caffeinated beverages as well as foods containing saturated fat.
