II) Reaction shift towards reactants as per the Lechatelier's principle to decrease the concentration of Cl-.

III) Color change to blue.

b) I) Endothermic. Because adding heat shift equilibrium towards product which happens in Endothermic reaction.

II) Exothermic. Because adding heat shift the equilibrium towards product which happens in Exothermic reaction.
