Really nursing practices Changed in over a period of time.Initially nurses care the patients only with the minor aliments and assist the client who are unable to perform their activities of daily living.Dealing with the minor activities nursing is not considered as a profession. That time anyone can become a nurse because no need for educational qualification only by learning the practice from others. After some decades unauthorized person without license practice as nurses in many healthcare setting. After the formation of council for nurses in various countries bring the standards and rules and regulations which makes the nursing as profession. Now only with proper qualification and training one can be a nurse.Continue training program are made mandatory to improve the skills and update with the career.

Practice between the ADN and BSN is different. Both will perform the same patient care only but the BSN are allowed to perform the specialized procedures along with the physician.

Associate degree in nursing is a two years course. It deals only about the patient care.It is necessary to study the subjects like anatomy, physiology, nutrition and nursing.Compared with BSN it is little part from BSN in education and also in training.

Baccalaureate course is four years with specialization introduction in all nursing fields.learn about care of client in all setting also study a variety of subjects such as all subjects of nursing additionally learn about management, statistics and research, sociology, basic computer skills, public health nursing, theories of nursing and legal aspects of nursing which makes much aware of patient care in all aspects.

Consider a patient care situation as a client in emergency room need for intubation. The role of BSN is leading to various professional levels one of them is Nursing Practioner is an advanced role can have the authority to intubate the client and prescribe the life saving drugs to the clinet.

Consider a another patient care situation as the client in end of life care. The BSN will consider all aspects like legal, palliative and respects the rights of client but the ADN not much trained in those aspects.

BSN since from the academic preparation itself practice on evidence based. They consider nursing theories in practice and also conduct the research in all levels of patient care and bring it in the practice.

Nurses are the patient advocate in all situations. They look for the need of the client.Nurse knowing all aspect of patient in care can easily collaborate with the interdisciplinary teams.Only the records and reports are the mode of communication either in written form or digitized .Nurse must record the patient information only by that the other interdisciplinary persons can their work. For example if the client is ordered to immobilize by the physician by phone call if the nurse not report it in the record the physiotherapist not know contraindication will mobilize the client.so the nurse must communicate effectively between the interdisciplinary team thus collaborate the patient care.
