Associate degree nursing(ADN) as an RN while caring they record patient symptoms, medical history, educating patients and have colloboration with other professionals for providing quality care.
BSN nurse is qualified as higher graduated professional they manage other nursing staff including ADN. BSN advanced education makes to have leadership responsibility.
RN-BSN program nurse learns evidence-based practice that helps their patient care. EBP is a course of action with research evidence for patient preference. this problem-solving approach encourages nurses for providing patient care. EBP is a safer and quality care for the patient that make nurse be aware of their practice to provide care. Academic preparation of the RN-BSN program teaches nurses for nursing practice with research along with ethical principles.
