Since field due to q1 and q3 is equal and opposite at center hence they cancel each other,

So the net field is only due to q2

E = k q2 / [(a^2 + b^2)/2 ]

E = (9 x 10^9) x (29 x 10^-6)/[(0.36^2 + 0.66^2)/2]

E = 9.24 x 10^5 N/C
