Answer #1

1.a.

Moles of oxygen = 15.80 mol per day

Moles of electrons generated = 4*15.80 = 63.20 moles of electrons

Total no of electrons = 63.20 * 6.022 * 1023

Total charge flowing per day = 63.20 * 6.022 * 1023 * 1.6 * 10-19 = 608.94464 * 104

Current generated = Charge/time = 608.94464 * 104 / (24 * 60 * 60) = 70.48 A

1.b.

Power = Current * Voltage

Current generated by the computer = 850/120 = 7.083 A

The current generated in the body is larger.

1.c.

Power generated by the body = Voltage * Current = 70.48 * 0.87 = 61.3176 W
