Many a time, the reason behind the lack of communication between the co-workers is the cultural difference between them. The people are different and they have different languages, signs and symbols to communicate. In this question, the nurse is experiencing careless mistakes because of different cultural competence. So, the answer is A, B and C.

a and b) As I said earlier, the nurses in the workplace follows different cultures, languages, signs and symbols. Meeting others cultural barriers and the act of destroying someone's culture does not work properly in the workplace. Because of different culture beliefs, the nurse may experience mistakes in the workplace. Instead, respecting each one's cultures and beliefs is the best method to be followed in the workplace.
