The advancement of Robotic Process Automation is the technology invention and diversification which leads to improvement of tax practices performed by the tax preparers.
RPA can be used by all the type of organisation small medium or even large to streamline its operation and completing the activity in an effective manner.
For Example - Tax preparer get the data from client in the PDF file and then analyse it and put the data in the tool to file the return. Here with RPA, bot will read the PDF file of the client and analyse it and indirectly save time of the tax preparer for other activity of planning and decision making and then load the data into the tool for filing.
By this way RPA helps to eliminate the recurring task and reduce the time required to performed specific task and increase efficiency. RPA can helps the organisation to open, read and create emails, move files and folder, copy and paste, fill in forms, Analyse data from file, make calculation and so on.
At the time of Tax filing season, RPA is a key method to make the tax filling and its preparation effective by the way of helping in all directed way. Instruction need to be provided well in advance to robot as to what need to be done.
