The antibiotic are used to treat infection especially bacterial infection.When it is consumed it kills or destroys the bacteria in the body along with it can affect the normal flora of the body which helps immune system to be in normal function.So whwn antibiotics are taken it will affect the beneficial, body protector microflora in the gastrourinary tract but it doesn't allow opportunistic pathogens to cause infection.The recent research has confirmed most of the antibiotic suppress the immune system and cause secondary infection
