Cell culturing describe the method to grow the cells at the laboratory. It needs enzymes that dissociate the tissues , so that they release their cell , from which they are made. Collegenase enzyme break that peptide bonds in collagen protein . This protein is present in the tissue like skin, bones, blood, cartilage and others. So, to break this tissue, we need, collegenase enzyme and to get the cells from this tissue. The colleganase enzyme break the peptide bond by breaking glycine and Proline bond.

The enzyme that is found in the tadpole that cleaves peptide bond indicated in the figure is collegenase. This enzyme is used to break the collagen bond. This protein serve to break the structural integrity of the tail of the tadpoles.
