1. Diabetes mellitus: Diabetes mellitus (DM) particularly adult one set type 2 DM has become increasingly prevalent in American society with approximately 7% ,or 20 million peoples living with disease, DM with post op complication compare normal patient potential risk are high such as long time wound healing of surgical site, hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia, nutritional imbalance, during post op if patient is given Antibiotic it will affect the kidneys DM patients unable to tolerate broad spectrum antibiotics
2. Obesity: Obesity usually defined Body Mass Index (BMI) >30kg/M patient with obesity chance of getting surgical site infection that extent of risk is caused by obesity, chance develop other disease Heart and joint disease due obesity
3. Smoking: Cigarette smoking has been associated with inhibited wound healing decreased circulation to skin due to the micro vascular obstruction from the platelet obstruction

Malnutrition: malnutrition has been identified as risk for nosocomial infection, including surgical site infection, patient who have malnutrition they less immunity to fight infection.
