Working:

Total sale is sum of break even sales and Margin of safety sales.
So,
Break even sales = Total Sales - Margin of safety
= 100%-20%
= 80%
Total Sales = Break even sales/ Break even percentage
= $       2,10,000 / 80%
= $       2,62,500
Units sold last year = Last Year sales /Sales per unit
= $       2,62,500 / $             7
=               37,500
