Answer: The ethic concern regarding the use of dialysis machines as producing the better effects, increasing the outcomes as well as ensuring the quality of care. The social or economic factors plays role in the decision as most of the people become unable to Avail the dialysis s due to increase cost. People faces financial problem as there is increased amount of charges regarding dialysis. This is the major reason which causes disparities. Poor people can not afford the dialysis and hence they faces major financial issues. In the case of limited resources, it is important to provide benefits to the patient where there is chances to save life. For example a young boy whose chances are more to live as compared to the old person having age of 70.
