There are many health care issues raising day by day in that most critical health care issues are ethical and legal as there it as mentioned scenario medical health care providers and nurses are not able to provide 100% of quality of care this is the ethical issue here they want do treat the patient with their efforts but its not possible with available resources and staff also may not able to put complete efforts to giving care due to long hours working, it will not same as what they are provide care regular and it can lead many medical errors.
