Answer #1

In these two large ideas big data and block chain ,block chain maximizes the potential use of information technology for the advancement of health care.Nurses added value in block chain which relates to boosting the continuity of care, facilitating the communication between the different actors involved to deliver the best outcomes for patients. In particular nurses are ensuring the continuity of care across the primary and secondary health care sectors. With this block chain technology nurses responsible for accessing, recording and processing health and social care data will be accurate and consistent which may lead to improved patient care and the measurable outcomes.By having this type of technology providers can benefit from improved accessibility, accuracy and safety which results in better outcomes for all.Through blockchain technology/network patients have access to synchronized databases, giving benefit for frontline care provision .Block chain can become a solution in the value based health and social care ecosystems. The regular updated and exchange of a patient's health and social history will allow nurses to advance the process of discharging patients data sharing in continuity of care. Therefore blockchain becomes a potential technology supporting the health care system by recording the history of data.

Two facts that support blockchain in healthcare technology are 1. nurses can easily access to patient care through digitalisation of health and social care which supports nurses to deliver a safe and high quality level of care.

2.Blockchain decreases the burden of data collection pending on nurses, allowing them to spend more time in direct patient care which also can be helpful in giving high quality level of care to the patients in recommended time period.
