Answer #1

Here diluent 9.5ml so volume withdrawn is 2.5 ml for 1 gm dose

We need 0.5 g ie, 1gm=2.5ml dose

0.5gm =x ml

Cross multiplication, 0.5×2.5/1=1.25ml for dose Give 1.3ml dose.

1gm = 9.5ml diluent

0.5gm=xml diluent

So, 0.5×9.5/1=4.75 ml diluent, Add 4.8ml diluent.

use 2ml syringe.
