Roman empire become best due to its location and resources. They developed laws and goverment . And mostly developed best army which is the biggest in the world at that time. They build cities, roads and conquered many civil azations. And slaves are used for hardwork for building roads etc... @ Bread and circuses: - Bread means free food and circuses means entertainment. Roman empire thought that these two will keep the people happy and - they also thought it will make the people less complain and they maght never rekolt. The entertaiment is so kiolent because they make people fight to death aganist wild animals. ③ It become more powerful because of its - huge army and great leaders build cities and used army to conquer other civilization -9 They are weird they raped their own families and being naked is not wrong to them.
