America being one of the world's costliest area when it comes to healthcare but the outcome are not up to the expectations of delivering a high quality care.Though insurance was made compulsory for all otherwise will be taxed had can impact on the elderly population. One who has insurance is better able to get treatment if the elderly population is poor or have low  socioeconomic background the healthcare delivery is inferior
