The pain that occurs when he elevates his shoulder is referred to his neck and sometimes down the arm to his wrist. Describe your assessment plan for this patient (Cervical spondylosis vs subacromial busitis). ~ Give what you should see for the observation, active movement, passive movement, resisted isometric movement, functional tests, special tests, reflexez and cutaneous distribution, joint play, and palpation.
